Working to the International Standards Organisation guidelines ISO 14644-1 and complying to the EU Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice, PW Associates are specialist in performing cleans to sterile areas for bacterial and particle removal.

The Company has the knowledge, experience and technology to achieve an environment adhering to the USA Federal Standard 209 E and its corresponding ISO Classification in the 'at rest' condition:

• Grades A and B class 100, M3.5, ISO 5   
• Grade C class 10,000, M5.5, ISO 7   
• Grade D class 100,000, M 6.5, ISO 8

Our operations are continually monitored and adited to ensure the standard and to assist in the continued development of the service by incorporating contemporary protocols and technology.

Every project is planned and programmed in detail and managed at every stage with Sterile Certification and Health & Safety documentation in place and a daily log maintained.

The Company perform both 'one off' Project works and regular maintenance programmes to the standard as well as high quality cleans to interface and non-classified areas, particuarly with regard to contamination control.
